When I began to practice intermittant fasting, my weight began to decrease. At the begining of each subsequent food pause, I did not gain about 1 kg. Six months later, when I dropped 6-7 kg and approached my "golden" mean, I stopped getting tired. And the most interesting thing is that after several years of regular food breaks have passed, my the body always reaches this weight. I am comfortable! And this is the most important thing.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM AFRAID OF feeling HUNGER?
The feeling of hunger is a reflex. We ourselves have accustomed our body to eat 3-4 times a day. By the set biological time, the body begins to produce gastric juice and bile to digest food. At the same time, a signal goes to the brain that we want to eat. With a simple breathing exercise, the feeling of hunger is easily removed. Being in the environment and suporvision of an experienced coach, expecially without contact with food - it's much easier than you think.
IF I DON'T EAT ON TIME, IMMEDIATELY feel dizziness AND my HEAD starts to eich?
Headache and feeling unwell is due to the fact that bile is absorbed into the blood and intoxication occurs. In order to avoid such symptoms and to feel great, every day during the Week of Health we carry out a tubage procedure, which allows us to remove bile from the body through the rectum.
HOW MANY KILOGRAMS WILL I LOSE for week of health?
During fasting, a person loses an average of 1% of body weight per day. In practice, participants lose up to 6-7 kilograms per Week of Health. Some overweight participants lost 9-10 kg.
ABOVE WHAT WEIGHT IS IT CONSIDERED THAT I AM OVERWEIGHT?
